Matthew A. Dicker

Mr. Dicker is responsible for identifying, analyzing and structuring new real estate debt and equity investment transactions and monitoring Canyon?s current debt portfolio. Prior to joining Canyon, Mr. Dicker worked in the Global Industrial Group of UBS Investment Bank in New York and was involved in the structuring, underwriting and marketing of over a half dozen high yield offerings and credit facility transactions totaling $1.5 billion with companies in the building products, homebuilding, metals and mining, and paper and packaging sectors industries. Prior to UBS, Mr. Dicker worked in the Natural Resources Group of Lehman Brothers in London. Mr. Dicker is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (B.A., International Relations, Magna Cum Laude, Honors) and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
