Jonathan P. Roth
Jonathan P. Roth is a Principal of Canyon Capital Realty Advisors LLC. Mr. Roth was a partner in the real estate department of the international law firm of Loeb & Loeb LLP prior to joining Canyon in 1997. While at Loeb & Loeb, Mr. Roth specialized in all aspects of real estate transactional work with an emphasis in the structuring, documentation and negotiation of complex finance, disposition and acquisition transactions representing institutional lenders, owners and operators. As a member of Canyon's real estate group, Mr. Roth combines his legal knowledge with an understanding of practical corporate and real estate issues to help the firm analyze, structure, negotiate and implement the diverse real estate transactions in which the firm is involved. Mr. Roth is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles (B.A., English Literature) and Loyola Law School (J.D., honors).
