Gee Kim
Gee S. Kim is an Assistant Vice President of Canyon Capital Realty Advisors LLC. Prior to joining Canyon, Mr. Kim was an Associate at Cherokee Investment Partners where he was responsible for executing and managing equity investments in real estate development projects throughout the U.S. Prior to Cherokee, Mr. Kim worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co. and as a financial analyst in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Merrill Lynch & Co. Mr. Kim has also worked for former Los Angeles Mayor Hahn’s Housing and Business Team and the Vermont Slauson Economic Development Corp., a local non-profit organization in Los Angeles. Mr. Kim is a graduate of Stanford University (B.S. Earth Systems, B.A. Economics), Harvard Business School (M.B.A.), and Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government (M.P.A.).
