Mohamad Mourtada
Mohamad Mourtada is an Associate for Canyon Capital Realty Advisors LLC. Mr. Mourtada supports the asset management team in the execution of asset-level business plans including project timelines, cost controls, capital activity and asset level reporting for the Canyon-Johnson Urban Funds, as well as the analyses and monitoring of Canyon’s senior loans and mezzanine investments. Prior to joining the CJUF team, Mr. Mourtada was a Valuation Associate with Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, where he focused on real estate valuation and cost segregation of capital investments in residential, retail, mixed-use, commercial, hospitality and industrial real estate assets. Mr. Mourtada is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Madison (B.S. Civil & Environmental Engineering) and Stanford University (M.S. Civil Engineering - Construction Engineering and Project Management).
