Marti Page
Marti Page is an Assistant Vice President for the Canyon-Johnson Urban Fund. Marti is the senior underwriter for the acquisitions team and has underwritten over $1.5 billion of urban real estate while at Canyon. Prior to joining the CJUF team, Ms. Page was a market analyst in the Acquisitions Department for Affordable Residential Communities, a Denver-based developer of over 200 manufactured housing communities. Ms. Page is a licensed real estate salesperson and was formerly a delegate to the Downtown Denver Partnership, Inc. (DDP), a non-profit business organization committed to planning, managing, and developing Downtown Denver. Ms. Page holds an undergraduate degree from Yale University (B.A., honors).
