- Description: Acquisition and repositioning of the Transamerica Center, a 12.34 acre site comprised of
(i) the Transamerica Tower, a 32-story, 570,000 sf office building,
(ii) the Hill Building, a 10-story, 290,000 sf office and retail building,
(iii) the Broadway Building, an 11-story, 470,000 sf office building,
(iv) three above-ground parking structures,
and (v) six vacant surface parking lots totaling 5.5 acres. CJUF purchased the complex, repositioned and sold each building, and sold the excess parking lots for residential development
