CJUF, in partnership with Applied Development Company and the Pegasus Group has purchased 27 acres of waterfront land, to develop a transit-oriented, multi-phase mixed-use project comprised of approximately 3,000 for sale and for rent units, 4,700 parking stalls (including a public parking garage) and 80,000 sf of commercial space. The development plan is part of a Harrison Redevelopment Plan, which was enacted to reclaim the derelict waterfront property along the Passaic and construct approximately 6,000 residential units, 3.4 million sf of office space, 1.2 million sf of retail, and the Red Bull soccer stadium and entertainment complex.
