The Marq*E Center, Houston, TX
CJUF acquired the 360,000 sq. ft Marq*E Center in West Houston with plans to enhance the retail and entertainment complex by adding new uses that foster a more family-oriented environment. The Marq*E is located on 35 acres at the northern edge of the Galleria/West Loop district, a rapidly expanding and ethnically diverse area. Canyon-Johnson is collaborating with government and community leaders in the city, including Houston Mayor Bill White, who personally reached out to Canyon-Johnson, encouraging them to find opportunities for economic development in the city.
