Pinnacle at Symphony Place, Nashville, TN
CJUF is partnering with Barry Real Estate Companies and Integral Real Estate of Atlanta, GA on the development of a 50%-preleased, 29-story signature office tower in the South of Broadway (“So-Bro”) mixed-used district of Nashville, TN. Located on the corner of 2nd and Demonbreum Streets, the project will be Nashville’s first class “A” office building to receive a “silver” LEED certification.
Pinnacle at Symphony Place will feature superior finishes and amenities, and will be the centerpiece of over $2.0 billion redevelopment activity occurring in the So-Bro neighborhood. Plans call for approximately 516,000 square feet of office space, 20,000 square feet of ground floor retail, and 1,000 structured parking spaces.
