In partnership with Applied Development Company, CJUF is financing the development of the W Hotel and Residences in Hoboken, New Jersey. The hotel will consist of 225 rooms, 38 luxury condominium hotel residences, a full service restaurant and bar, a Bliss spa and a 41,000 sf parking garage. The property is located on the Hudson River allowing for impressive views of both the Hudson River and the New York City skyline panoramas.
